You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pussy8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify pussy8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any Funds held therein to any third party.
All financial transactions on the pussy8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pussy8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at pussy8's sole discretion.
Deposits are credited to your pussy8 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (source of funds matching), subject to identity and payment verification. pussy8 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) business hour for verified Accounts, but does not guarantee processing times. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving institution's policies.
pussy8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory completion of such due diligence.
Funds held in a Player's pussy8 wallet are not interest-bearing. pussy8 maintains Player Funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds.
All bets placed on the pussy8 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market (Sportsbook Rules, Casino Game Rules, Slots Rules, and E-Sports Betting Rules), which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available within each product section of the Platform.
In the event of a discrepancy between a general Term and a specific product rule, the specific product rule will prevail in respect of the subject matter of that rule.

Upon termination for breach, pussy8 may void all pending and settled bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and retain Funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., voluntary closure, self-exclusion), verified Funds will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pussy8's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction.
